4 Way Test

Since I had encountered this, I try to practice the 4 way test.

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to All Concerned?
3. Will it Build GOODWILL and Better Friendships?
4. Will it Be BENEFICIAL to All Concerned?

This is quite similar to a saying

If you have nothing good to say, then don't say it.

which I try to follow
